Consumer Affairs Victoria

Consumer Affairs Victoria is Victoria’s consumer affairs regulator. Their purpose is to help Victorians be responsible and informed businesses and consumers. They have information on scams, buying and selling cars and houses and shopping.

Go Digi is an online program to help Australians realise their online potential. The Go Digi website can connect you to face to face learning opportunities as well as learning guides on topics such as social media, how to choose a device and more.

eSafety Commissioner

This federal government website features information on eSafety and cyber bullying for parents as well as educational resources. There is also a comprehensive reporting system for cyber bullying.

ReportCyber is a national online system that allows the public to report instances of cybercrime.

ScamWatch

Scamwatch is run by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). It provides information on how to recognise, avoid and report scams.
